What is a normal budget for wedding flowers?
-A normal budget for wedding florals is generally 10-15% of your overall budget. However, if you desire Pinterest-worthy design, your budget should be 18-20% or more.
Most of our weddings are generally with couples who have a bridal party of 6-8, creating bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and reception decor with a budget of $2,500-$3,500.
Do you deliver the bouquets and other arrangements?
-Absolutely! If you choose to have us deliver, we will certainly do so. We can deliver to where you are getting ready, to your venue, or both. Pick-up is, of course, an option if you choose to do that. If we create centerpieces for you, we will set those up. We really want you to relax on your day, so allow us to do what we do best for you.
Is the bouquet delivered in water?
-Yes, all our bouquets come delivered in a vase that is yours to keep, so your flowers will flourish throughout the day and for days after.
When should we book you?
- As soon as you know we are a match. The consultation is where I gather all your information, so I can create your personalized mood board and quote. When you are happy with everything and are within your budget, I recommend you book with us. We can only do a limited number of weddings a day and waiting to book and putting down the initial non-refundable payment to book you in, might result in us being booked up. We generally book 10 months to 18 months ahead of time.
Are the photos posted on your website your work only?
-Yes, we take great pride in our work and of course love showing it off. I am incredibly grateful to all the amazing photographers who are sharing their professional images with us. We do not post any arrangements that are not created by us.
Can we use our own vases for centerpieces?
-We allow our couples to use their own vases/vessels/lanterns. They need to be cleaned of candle wax/stickers as we will charge a cleaning fee when that is left to us. We have a few rental vessels/vases available for centerpieces as well.
Do you offer artificial arrangements?
-Currently, we are not. I am having a lot of fun with the real beauties and have not found a supplier I can order from without having seen the quality of the artificial flowers.
Do you work alone or do you have help?
-I have an amazing team of wonderful people who work with me and I couldn't do this all without their help. I will always be the one designing the Bridal Bouquet and the girls work from that on the other arrangements with me.
Why are you a wedding florist?
-As mentioned in the 'About Us' section, I am a hopeless romantic and have always loved weddings. Working in a field that has been my passion for so long is a real dream come true and I do not take working for our couples for granted. They all get our 100% attention and nothing leaves the studio without the 100% satisfied stamp on it.
What is your favorite flower?
-Believe it or not, this is a question that I get asked all the time. I cannot say anything else than The Rose. It is in my name; ROSEmary and it is a flower that screams romance. I have many seconds though: Lisianthus, Ranunculus, Dahlia, Hydrangea, and that are only a few. I can go on and on :)
